Comments: Incubation period is approximately 48 hours at a temperature range of 24-25°C (Ref. 2058). Spawning takes place in freshened portions of the Gulf of Tagarog in June and the first half of July. Spent individuals migrate offshore. Demersal eggs are deposited directly on oozy bottom. Eggs are adhesive but do not adhere to the bottom because they become coated with minute ooze particles (Ref. 2058).
